The Property Ombudsman scheme (TPOs) (Annex D)

The Property Ombudsman scheme (TPOs) provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between consumers and PCCB registered HIP and Search Code subscribers. The Property Ombudsman is a member of the British and Irish Ombudsman Association and follows the standards and rules of the Association. When your dispute goes through TPOs, the Ombudsman makes a decision on it. If you accept that decision, it is binding on the company you are in dispute with. You can however reject the decision and take your dispute to court.
