Registration Rules

3. Eligibility for Registration

To be eligible for registration with PCCB, an applicant must satisfy the eligibility criteria set out below:

Search Code (Compilers and Retailers)

3.1 Agree to adhere to the Search Code and be bound by these Rules.

3.2 Comply with the Professional Indemnity Insurance Requirements (Annex A).

HIP Code

3.3 Agree to adhere to the HIP Code and to be bound by these Rules.

3.4 Comply with the Professional Indemnity Insurance Requirements (Annex A).

3.5 Use information which is compliant with the Property Information Systems Common Exchange Standard (Pisces) for data definition, wherever this is available.
