11. Cessation of Registration

11.1 A Registered Firm whose registration has lapsed, been cancelled or suspended shall not normally be entitled to any refund of registration fees (any refund to be at the absolute discretion of PCCB), shall not hold itself out as a Registered Firm and in particular shall not use any stationery or letterhead or other materials/media which refers to PCCB, registration with PCCB, the Search Code and/or the HIP Code and their respective logos.
