Registration Rules

1. Background

These rules set out the rights and obligations of Registered Firms who are organisations:

• providing property search services who have agreed to subscribe to the Search Code and who are registered with PCCB and/or
• Providing home information pack services who have agreed to subscribe to the Home Information Pack (HIP) Code and who are registered with PCCB.

In the event that any part of these Rules is found by any court or authority of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partially illegal, invalid or unenforceable then that relevant part shall not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability of any other part of these Rules.
